Hamilton Turner Inn

The Hamilton Turner Inn holds a special place in Savannah's history as the first home in the area to showcase electricity. During one of our night tours, a guide told us that everyone packed the square in front of this house to see when the lights would come on for the first time. Apparently everyone thought the house might explode and wanted to see the spectacle!

Photograph the inn's architectural details and inviting ambiance. The lingering stories of the daughter's fall during a party and its supposed haunting add an intriguing layer to this historic site.
